A town centre development constructed in two phases.

Phase I, a development of seven office buildings, was sold prior to completion to the Secretary of State for the Environment as a new District Land Registry.

Phase II was pre-let and specifically designed for the Land Registry. An option to purchase was required and sophisticated financing enabled this option to be exercised on Practical Completion.
