Endeavour Business Park in Penner Road, Havant has been developed by the Winchester-based Durngate Property Group. It reached its 50 per cent milestone ahead of all its targets as hair product distributor, Wonderful Life, bought the freehold of two units totalling 5,365 sq feet. Wonderful Life has grown rapidly since it was established three years ago. A supplier of exclusive professional salon hair products, it will now house its headquarters at the development. The Feng Shui designed HQ will comprise offices and a distribution centre, while the first floor houses the Wonderful Life Academy with a large training salon, boardroom and break-out area. Phase one of the business park, comprising office and light industrial units, was launched in May and is one of only a handful of smaller freehold developments in the entire region. Durngate is now working on a similar development at Farnham in Surrey. Agent for this freehold sale was Andy Hellier of Hellier Langston. Phase one has six units remaining. The sizes range from 1,250 to 2,300 sq ft. Phase two offers up to 20,000 sq ft. Units are available individually or in combination.
