Crossways Point. Commercial Property RegisterShepherd Developments and Durngate Group are making good progress on the construction of Crossways Point, their speculative development of three new top quality office buildings. Phase 1 comprises CP15 and CP25, delivering 16,782 sq.ft. and 24,649 sq.ft. respectively. The structural frames are now complete and work is progressing rapidly with occupation available from June, 2009.
