The Secretary of State for Communities & Local Government has taken a 15-year lease of the whole ground floor and part of the first floor and is relocating within Guildford from 3 Onslow Street. A rent of £25.00 per sq ft was agreed on the letting. Paul Dowson, Head of LSH’s Guildford office, commented: “This letting means that Gateway Guildford is fully occupied and there is now very little good quality office space available in Guildford town centre.” DTZ acted as agents for the Secretary of State for Communities & Local Government
