Durngate and Shepherd Developments successfully bid for this site and obtained planning consent for three separate contemporary, modern office buildings.
The first two buildings of 16,782 sq.ft. and 24,649 sq.ft. completes mid 2009 with a second phase of 45,000 sq.ft. target for completion in 2010.
