The Durngate Property Group was formed in 1987 by Nicolas Evans and Joe Copestake. Roger Fidler joined in 2002 with a view to expanding the activities of the Durngate Property Group, following ten years running his own Project Management company.

The Durngate Property Group specialises in Offices and Industrial developments.  This remains the Groups’ core business although it has diversified into Hotel and Residential Development.

Durngate continues to develop successful Commercial Developments which it has managed from inception through to completion. It has acquired a track record of Projects being finished on time and on budget.

Durngate has an ongoing programme with a stated intention to further expand its activities, both in terms of direct development and where appropriate, the provision of Development Management Services.
